We, M5TECH, a company registered in marrakech under ICE number 002 969 072 000 027 and our local situated in AFAQ 1 NO 486 SAADA MARRAKECH .

How the contract is formed between you and us
After Registering to our program , you will receive online notification from us that you are accepted, we have will send you an identical number that you should keep with you. After registration confirmation , after we finish each project you bring and after the paiment of the customer ,and after excluding the Taxes that we should pay to the gouvernement that is 4% from the total price of the service, you will earn 5% to 10% from the totale of the project on service (not from the products sales),
– first case for example ( you brought a Website project Creation The cost of the project is 5000 DH, After excluding 21% taxes , the cost turned to 3950 DH so you will earn from this project 395 DH).
– second case for network services for example (we send you a surveillance camera setup project , the cost of the project is 3000 DH “products sold included in the the cost” so we exclude 21% taxes ,the cost turned to 2400 DH , we exclude also the totale price of products sold for example 1500 DH ,that makes cost of the installation service 900 DH ,so you will get 90 Dh Profit After the paiment of the customer and the end of project).
Warranty
We warrant to you that you get paied after each work you do ,after the end of the project and after the satisfaction and payment of our client .
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel you registration from the program anytime ,but you should know after canceling your registration from the program you have no right to register again the reason why we will keep your information in our database ,you by your agreement to the terms and conditions you agree this term.
Obligations & Rights
– You may only transfer your rights and obligations under your Contract with us if we agree to this in writing.
– You have the Right To know the Totale cost of any project you brought and Also your profit from this project.
– M5TECH gives you the ability to make income from Bringing customers.
– you get your profit directly after the end of the service and after the payment of the customer.
– Any canncelation of the service from the customer causes the canncelation of the proccesse.
– The affiliate partner have the right to repport any problem to M5TECH administration .
– The administration of M5TECH can cancel the contract in the event that the partner violates a clause of the contract.
– After finishing the project the partner is required to be patient until the end of the proccesse and after the payment of the client to get paid.
– Any intentionally incorrect information from the partner may result in legal liability.
